听力要每天听。找一份听力材料，例如《LISTEN TO THIS》，用两方法训练：1，听一个句子的同时，手上记录关键词。2，听完一个句子，等念完后再写下来。我用这两个方法，两个月提高了一分的听力成绩。
口语要每天都练，不能停。如果没有伙伴可以和你一起练，那就对着镜子说。口语题目在我刚才提到的模拟题上都有样题。
