100%在室内举行，如咖啡馆，白领会所等等，参加者基本为社会人，提高英语口语已经成了次要的目的，因为英语派对的参加者往往是外企人士，英语本来就是工作语言。

参加英语派对的目的主要是使用英语进行社交。语言本身是文化的载体，使用英语进行社交往往能突破很多的社交心理阻碍，从而进行更深的交流。
