英语四级的section B是短文听力。

要做好四级英语听力，要掌握一定的技巧：首先，选择适当的听力材料进行练习；其次，掌握寻找关键词、关键句、重音的答题技巧；最后，进行定期的练习，让自己习惯听英语。
