六表扬信

表扬信是以书信的形式，对在生活、工作、学习的某一个方面作出了成绩、发扬了风格

的个人和集体加以表彰的实用性文书。它既有感谢、表扬的目的，又有宣传并倡导学习的目

的。有以上级组织名义表扬其所属单位或个人的，有群众之间相互表扬的。表扬信应把表扬

条据包括收条、领条、借条、欠条、请假条、留言条等等。

七收条、领条、借条和欠条（重点）

收条是收到别人钱物时写给对方作为凭借的条据，是一种凭证性文书。

领条是个人和组织从相关团体、组织或个人处领取物品时写给对方的凭证性条据。借条是借到集体或个人的钱物时写给对方的凭证性条据。

欠条是指人们在经济交往中，因不能及时结清钱物手续而写给对方的凭证性条据。这几种条据的格式基本相同，通常包括标题、正文、结语、署名和日期几部分：

标题——第一行居中以稍大字体写出“收条”、“领条”等字样。或者写“今收到”、“今领到”等。

请假条

请假条根据请假的原因，可以分为请病假和请事假两种。从小学、初中、高中到大学乃

至参加工作，你都可以用到这种文体。

请假条的写法，有标题、称呼、正文、祝颂语、落款五个部分。

第一行居中写“请假条”三个字，这是所有应用文的通用要求，用来表明此文是用来请

假的条子。然后另起一行顶格写请假对象的称呼，往往是老师、领导等，这个地方要尊称，

宽容

学会宽容别人，就是学会善待自己。怨恨只能永远让我们的心灵生活在黑暗之中；而宽容，却能让我们的心灵获得自由，获得解放。
那是一个平常的秋季，我穿了一条妈妈新给我买的白色运动裤，精神抖擞的去上学。到了学校，许多老师与同学都夸我这条白裤子，我心里得意洋洋的，觉得今天特别潇洒。
那天，正好有体育课，我由于兴奋，没有顾及到自己穿的是白裤子，便玩儿了起来。那时，我和几个女生正在玩儿篮球，突然一个身影窜了出来，我没有看清楚，就把球传了过去。说时迟，那时快，求不偏不倚地砸在了他的衣服上，我定睛一看，那位不大友好的同学的浅蓝色衬衫上留下了一个烧饼大的黑印。我急忙道歉，可是他火冒三丈，朝我的腿上就踹了两脚，再看我的白裤子上也留下了两个深深的脚印。要是以往，我早就回敬他了，可是这次我却出乎意料地冷静下来，不知是什么力量抑制住了我内心的气愤，继续玩球……放学后，同学们纷纷回家。这是我发现有个同学在心急火燎地找东西。我热情地走过去，一看，正是踢脏我裤子的同学，我转身想走，可又一想：何必呢！就帮他一起找，留他在一旁尴尬。当我热情地伸手相助的时候，迎来的是那位同学感激的笑容，我的心里也荡漾着温暖和快乐。
记得还有一次，我刚从班里走出来，两位来小学的初中生就撞到了我。只听他们破口大骂：“你找打呀！”我一听这话，顿时气得满脸通红：明明是你撞得我，还如此理直气壮，真是岂有此理。我刚要发火，可是一想：算了吧！别计较了。我笑着说了声：“对不起！”再看看那个蛮不讲理的中学生此刻也羞得无地自容，缓缓地走了。我也为之一振，宽容竟会改变人的本性！
当一只脚踏在紫罗兰的花瓣上时，他却将香味留在了那只脚上，这就是宽容。一个精神病人闯进了一位医生家里，射杀了他三个花样年华的女儿，他却仍为那精神病人治好了病。这也是宽容。人如果选择了计较，那么他将在黑暗中度过余生；而一个人选择了宽容的话，那么他能将阳光洒向大地。古语说：“知错就改，善莫大焉。”既然如此，面对一个人在无意中犯下的错误，我们为何不能宽容一下呢？当我们的心灵为自己选择了宽容的时候，我们便获得了应有的自由，因为我们已经放下包袱，无论面对朋友还是仇人，我们都应赠以甜美的微笑。宽容可以交友，当你可以以豁达光明的心地去宽容别人的错误时，你的朋友自然也就多了。让我们多一份宽容，让生活更轻松愉快，让我们有更多的朋友。
宽容别人，就是解放自己，还心灵一份纯净。

2.学会宽容

宽容是一种修养，是一种品质，更是一种美德。宽容不是胆小无能，而是一种海纳百川的大度。做人要宽容，更要学会宽容。
历史上有个叫蔺相如的臣相，由于护驾有功，所以官职一路上升，引起了大将廉颇的忌妒与不满，便处处与蔺相如作对。但是蔺相如面对廉颇的无理取闹，只是笑而避之，从而有了“负荆请罪”这个故事。廉颇对于蔺相如如此宽宏大量，深感惭愧，从此两人便联手，一起为赵国奉命效劳。所以说，学会宽容，于人于已都有益处。
反观历史上那些善于妒忌的人，遇到一点不满便怨天尤人，这些人纵然学问再好，也难成大器。周瑜是个卓越的军事家，才能出众，足智多谋，把庞大的东吴水师管理得井井有条。可是，当他得知了诸葛亮的神机妙算后，虽自知不如，但却不甘落败，于是整天心中盘算着如何打赢诸葛亮，发出了“既生瑜，何生亮”的凄叹后，最终落得个吐血身亡的结局，唉，这又是何苦呢！倘若周瑜能像蔺相如那样宽容大量，我想，他的结局肯定不会是这样！
在生活中，我们难免会与别人发生摩擦，当别人不小心踩到你，你应该摆摆手，说声没关系；当别人弄坏了你的东西，向你道歉时，你也应该宽容地付之一笑。人生如此短暂匆忙，我们又何必把每天的时间都浪费在这些无谓的摩擦之中呢？天地如此宽广，比天地更宽广的应该是人的心！
学会宽容吧！做人如果能够宽容一点，那么我们的生活便会变得更加和谐美好！
