星期天下午，我有幸参加“走进百灵草、走进徐氏中医”户外实践活动，来到了位于云碧峰国家森林公园东麓的徐氏中医百灵草山庄。

首先，讲解员叔叔给我们讲述了徐氏中医的历史。原来徐氏中医创建于1912年，距今已有105年，是一个真正的百年老馆。当时徐氏中医的创始人徐永生医术精湛、心地善良，穷人看病分文不取且倒施钱粮，为当地百姓所爱戴。据说，他去世时，自发送行者长达数十里，一时传为饶城佳话。然后，我们还参观了中医药展示馆。一踏进门槛，映入我眼帘是一个个古代名医：李时珍、华佗、扁鹊、叶天士…。还有各种中药的材料标本，如三七、灵芝、刺五加、人参、红景天…，真是让人大开眼界。

今天的活动让我感觉快乐而又充实，不但了解了徐氏中医的历史和现状，也对源远流长的祖国中医有了初步的认识。可惜的是，因为时间关系，有些东西没来得及仔细看。如果有机会，我还会再来徐氏中医，再走进百灵草山庄。
