通过参加潍坊市小学英语教师培训活动，使我在思想和业务理论上都受益匪浅，同时也看到了差距，也进一步了解和掌握了新课改的发展方向和目标，反思了工作中的不足。一些对教育教学工作很有见解、对小学英语理论培训有丰富经验的教师以实例和丰富的知识内涵的理论阐述，使我的教育教学观念进一步得到更新。下面是我获得的几个方面的体会：

一、不断充实自己，扫除自己在英语知识方面的盲区，尤其要扎实课堂用语。教师除了要熟悉书本上的词汇、短语、句子外，还应结合生活实际，熟悉一些生活常用语，常用句子、短语，尤其是在课堂中要使用的句子，教师要达到熟练使用。比如说教室里的每个物件用英语怎么说，学生打报告应怎么说，教师应怎样回答等。

二、结合学生实际，选择合适的教学方法，形成自己的教学风格。培训中，指导老师们提出了许多非常好的做法，有很多是经验之谈，但经过我在实际中的实践反思，我发现有些方法不一定就实用于我所教学的班级，因而，我觉得作为教师，应该根据实际情况，关于教师培训心得体会范文摸索适合自己和学生的教学方法，借鉴并变通使用别人成功的做法，要常反思，常调整，进而形成自己的教学风格，为提高课堂教学效率服务

三、合理使用直观教具，充分发挥教具作用，激发学生学习积极性，提高教学效率。提到直观教具，我们首先想到的将会是多媒体设备，但通过参加培训以及和老师们的交流，我觉得，多媒体设备的确

有其先进的一面，但如何用好它，在什么时候用，是值得我们去研究的一个课题。老师们在培训中告诉我们，他们使用图片、简笔画、实物进行教学，同样取得了成功，由此可以说明，不管是什么教具只要用得合理，就会有它的效果，因而，在教学中，我们要深入地研究如何去用好各种直观教具。

四、营造学习英语的氛围，使英语学习成为教师和学生的共同爱好。培训中，老师们提出了一个问题，就是学生不喜欢学英语，学校里没有良好的英语学习氛围。问题提出来后，我就在思考，没有氛围，那我们就应该去营造氛围，就应该从自身做起，首先，教师要做好榜样，在平时教学中或和学生的交流中要尽量使用英语，至少在自己教学的班级是可以实现的，虽然这做起来的确有些难，就像普通话的推广一样，这么多年了，依然还存在一些不尽人意的地方，但我们要知难而上，我们还是应该努力去尝试，只要你做了，就总会有收获的，当你通过努力使一部分学生喜欢使用英语说话、交流，喜欢学习英语的时候，你会觉得你没有白付出。

总之，本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅，从中不但开阔了我的知识视野，同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论，但是在我心中还有一点遗憾，就是自己所学远远不能满足教学的需要，在此我衷心的希望在今后的教学中多开展一些类似的培训活动，多给我们一些学习的机会。

通过这次培训学习，我收获颇多，在感触较深的同时，也认识到了自己教学中的不足，因此，可以说这次培训来的很及时，培训内容很深刻，培训的效果将影响深远，小学英语培训总结。不但使我提高了认识，而且使我学到了许多理论知识和专业技能。我对此次培训总结如下：

一、通过培训，提高了自己的思想认识和更新了自己的教学理念。

由于我工作在乡镇小学，平时不能很好地了解现在教育的现状和教师成长方面的情况，就像井底之蛙，对我所从事的小学英语教育教学工作缺乏全面的了解。

通过此次培训，我对目前的基础英语教育的现状有了进一步的了解，也清楚地知道了新课程改革对我们小学英语教师所提出的要求。我们要以更宽阔的视野去看待我们从事的教育工作，不断地提高自身素质和教育教学水平，不断地总结自己的得失，提高认识，不断学习，才能适应教育发展对我们教师的要求。这次培训，更新了我的教育教学理念。通过这次学习我发现，小学英语新课程与以往课程相比，在课程理念、课程结构、课程内容、课堂教学、课程和教学管理、考试评价等各方面都发生了很大变化。我们必须以积极的心态面对新课程，要不断的更新自己教育教学理念和知识体系，及时补充新知识，并对原有知识进行整合。这就更需要教师调整自己原有教学思路和方法，使自己的教学步伐适应新的教育时代发展的形式。

不仅如此，还要更新教师的角色。新课程中教师的角色也发生了很大的变化。传统的教学几乎都是强行灌输。教师负责教，学生负责学。教师教什么，学生就学什么。教师怎样教，学生就怎样学。最后导致了学生不爱学，不会学。而新课程明确指出，教师在课堂中的角色是应该转变的。从指导者转变为组织者、参与者和合作伙伴。教师是知识的传播者，不仅要把基础知识和基本技能传播给学生，还必须关注学生的学习过程与方法，增强了对学生情感、态度与价值观的培养。应创设与学生生活密切相关的.情境激发学生的求知欲，使学生由被动学变为我想学、我要学;引导学生进行自主探究学习，让学生充分自主探索、合作交流，自己发现问题，归纳出解决问题的方法、规律。教师的角色的改变让我重新审视自己的教学，观注学生的情感、态度与价值观，从学生的实际出发，了解学生个体的差异性，因材施教，有针对性地进行教学。通过学习，自身素质方面的提高是不言而喻的，培训使我对专业知识的理解更深刻，加强了对新课程的认识和理解。其他方面也有很大收获。从全面分析教材到准确表述教学目标，从设计教学步骤到反思教学过程，从激发学生英语学习的兴趣到提高学生综合语言运用能力等，我现在能够更好地管理班级，优化自己的教学设计，提高自己的教学效率。课堂是教师的主要活动场所，教师的一言一行、一招一式都体现着自己的教学理念。作为新时代的教师，更应该审时度势，使自己的业务水平不断提高。学习英语的最终目的不是只是学会做题，而是在恰当的环境中使用英语进行交际，工作总结《小学英语培训总结》。这次培训，让教师们相互交流，共同成长。教师们凭借着这样一个平台，交流着教学的心得体会，讨论着教学中遇到的种种困惑，思考着如何更好地提高教学水平。

三、通过培训，促使我要不断提高自身素质水平。

是啊，“终身学习”是教师的基本职责所在，认真学习和传播知识，是我们义不容辞的光荣而艰巨的任务!作为一名小学英语教师，应该继续以以新课程改革为契机，不断地加强学习。要向课本学习，向专家学习，多读教育教学方面的书籍;向有经验的教师学习，多参加听课、评课活动，多与同事进行交流，加强教师间的合作，或者利用网络与更多的同行进行交流与学习。同时，要向学生学习，在教师与学生的互动中“教学相长” 。这次培训只是一个开始，只是给我们学习指引了道路，学习将不断进行下去，也将以此作为对自己的要求，不断地去学习，快速地成长。以高度的责任心对待自己的工作，大胆尝试，以爱育人，零距离，多角度、全方位地与学生互动，以自己的努力，让我的每一个学生都拥有一个属于自己的舞台，以至于对他们的一身产生积极的影响。

在美国，虽然移民政策比较严格，但是每年还是有许多学生跟随父母来到美国学习，另外，美国教育举世闻名，吸引着无数的学生前往美国学校就读。可是这些学生在刚刚进入美国学校时，很难与英语母语的学生一样上同样的英语课程，因此专门针对国际学生和移民学生开设ESL课程也就显得非常必要了。

不过，所有打算进入大学的高中国际学生，如果没有托福和雅思等官方认可的合格的英语考试成绩，均需参加ESL考试，并取得合格的ESL成绩，否则不能进入大学学习专业课程。ESL考试分为听说读写四部分，考试时间分别为：听力30分钟、阅读90分钟、写作60分钟、口语11~15分钟。ESL考试根据分数的不同会评定出不同的级别，91~100分是最高级5级，81~90分是4级，70~80是3级，60~69是2级，60分以下1级。大部分大学都会要求学生的ESL成绩达到3级以上。

ESL课程可以分为强化课程(Intensive ESL)与学术课程(Academic ESL)两种，学生在顺利通过ESL考试或没有取得雅思、托福等语言成绩之前所学习的ESL课程是强化课程，许多私立中学或大学都会提供。通过ESL考试之后或者已取得达到要求的托福或雅思语言成绩之后继续学习的ESL课程是学术课程，这种课程是由大学为本校的国际学生开设的，便于其进行专业学习的课程。

虽然无论是ESL强化课程还是学术课程都包括听说读写四部分，但是强化课程和学术课程对这些能力有不同的偏重。强化课程更偏向于听、说能力，学术课程则偏向于读、写能力。学习强化课程不用计入学分，相对没有太大压力，学习内容和学习方式也比较有趣。强化课程常常没有固定的教材，老师可以更为自由地安排教学内容，使其更贴近学生的生活，生动有趣。
